#LetsDoBetter Campaign Update 10

Wow! What an extraordinary time it has been since our last campaign update. The events in Canberra three weeks ago were astonishing. We have yet another Prime Minister and the Liberal-National government became so self-absorbed, they literally stopped running the country. The question most people I’ve talked since “the spill” when either door knocking, holding street-stalls, meeting with people in …

#LetsDoBetter Campaign Update 9

As I write this campaign update, it seems that history may be about to repeat for Malcolm Turnbull and the Liberal Party imploding over climate and energy policy. Once again, the member for Warringah is at the centre of the insurgency, tearing apart his own party with no regard to representing what the good people of Warringah want. What does …

Flanked by Senator and former premier Kristina Keneally, Dean Harris declared the battle for Warringah officially on. The 50-year-old director of a marketing and consultancy firm hosted about 150 people …

Petition: Save our ABC from more cuts and privatisation

This is a petition of residents across the electoral division of Warringah to bring greater attention to the attack on the ABC by the Liberals, Nationals and One Nation – and to show their commitment to save the ABC from funding cuts and privatisation. Our most trusted and valued national broadcaster is under threat. This year alone, the Government has …

#LetsDoBetter Campaign Update 7

Wow! What a week! Firstly, our #LetsDoBetter campaign was formally launched on Wednesday night at the Balgowlay RSL Club with the assistance of Senator for NSW and former Premier Kristina Keneally. And to cap off the week, the Labor party had a series of victories in the Super Saturday byelections. The voters in all five electorates resoundingly rejected the misguided …
